Imagination Station
Discover a welcoming space just for kids! The Imagination Station features a Brio train table, child-sized tables and chairs, arts and crafts supplies, sensory tables, games, and more. Open daily, this cozy, tucked-away area offers a quieter place for children to play, explore, and learn while visiting the library.
More than books
Our children’s area is designed to enrich your family’s time at the library, with games, puzzles, age-appropriate manipulatives, and more to encourage learning, play, and connection.

Weekly Storytimes
The library hosts family-friendly storytimes on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 10:30 a.m. Each session includes songs, stories, movement, and crafts. Storytime is a wonderful way to get out of the house, connect with other parents, and give young children a chance to socialize and build friendships.
1000 Books Before Kindergarten
1,000 Books Before Kindergarten is a fun, self-paced program that helps families build strong early literacy habits. By reading together regularly, children develop the skills they need for kindergarten readiness while discovering a love of books. Families track their reading progress and celebrate milestones along the way — it’s an easy, enjoyable way to make reading part of everyday life. Sign up today at the library.

PageTurners
PageTurners gives children a supportive, one-on-one opportunity to practice reading aloud to (or be read to by) one of our friendly library staff members. Sharing stories with new people helps build confidence, strengthen reading skills, and foster positive experiences with the library and literature. Call the library to schedule a session and help your child grow as a reader.
