Tweens must own a valid Tecumseh District Library Card
to participate.
(Valid = No fines, no overdue books, no expired cards)

 

Beginning Monday, June 12th,
pick up a combined Registration and blank Booklist form
at the front Circulation Desk.

 

Read 8 Books from this library's Tween Fiction or Teen Fiction Collection
by Saturday, July 29th.

Record the title, author, call number and barcode
on the booklist as you finish each book.

 

 Hand in the completed booklist
to the front Circulation Desk by July 29th.

 In late August,
Mrs. Reasoner will contact you to pick up your gift cards.

The sources of your well-earned gift cards
shall remain a mystery until you pick them up!

A Monthly Craft Program for Tweens

Fifth through seventh graders
are invited to join Mrs. Reasoner, Children's Services Librarian, for 2 hours of fun creating a variety of scenes with peel-and-stick mosaics.

Mrs. Reasoner will read folktale puzzlers, brainteasers, and conversation starters while the twelve participants work on their sparkling designs.

We'll get together the third Thursday of each month during the school year in Imagination Station in the Children's Section.

Seeking Tween Volunteers!


Fifth through seventh graders interested in volunteering two hours a week with Mrs. Reasoner in the Children's Section are encouraged to consult the Youth Services Volunteer Description and the Library Volunteer Application for details.
